Leadership education does not occur in a vacuum. Meta messages about how leaders should behave and how they can succeed are at least as important as the content of the lectures, trainings and readings a leadership candidate undertakes. Through immersion in Nordic culture and values, Scholars are surrounded with societal messaging about personal autonomy coupled with societal responsibility, about collaboration and human-centered decision making.
