For A Brighter Tomorrow
We were thrilled to receive 89 applications for our program this year—and after a highly competitive selection process, just 8 exceptional young scholars ages 20 to 25 were chosen, reflecting an acceptance rate of under 9%. Through our rigorous vetting process, they demonstrated their passion for leadership, showcased their academic, volunteer, and professional achievements, and impressed us with poise, clarity, and a strong leadership presence in personal interviews. Their outstanding references confirmed that they are all rising change makers.
Our 8 scholars bring a range of academic backgrounds—from engineering to public policy—and are united by a shared ambition to lead in sustainability, innovation, and global impact. Some are already embarking on graduate studies in the UK and EU, while others are beginning their professional journeys. Together, they will take part in an uncommonly deep exploration of Nordic leadership principles for innovation and sustainability—through immersive workshops, site visits, and conversations with high-level leaders across industry, government, and academia.
