The United States of America is experiencing a shrinking middle class and declines in collaboration, trust, and social mobility.  We are becoming more discordant, and our alliances are fraying. 

 

Global challenges – economic transitions, resource constraints, global instability – intensify these strains and diminish our impacts.

Nordic countries present an ideal context in which to train essential leaders for the 21st century - in innovation, collaboration, transparency and equity.

Working with partner institutions, mentor-leaders, and extraordinary young Americans, the Nordic Scholars program combines, cultural immersion, systems design and innovation & project-based learning to engage and train a network of future U.S. leaders.
