NSLI researches best practices in leadership education, entrepreneurship and leadership for sustainability. We conduct academic research and write on the topics of leadership for sustainability and Nordic leadership. NSLI's evidence based findings support our leadership program design.

Working with partner institutions, mentor-leaders, and extraordinary young Americans, the Nordic Scholars program seeks to combine, cultural immersion, systems design and innovation project-based learning to engage and train a network of future U.S. leaders.
