Pilot Program
In September 2025, the Nordic Scholars Leadership Institute launched its inaugural pilot program in Stockholm — a 9-day immersive journey exploring how Nordic values can shape global leadership for sustainability.
Eight selected U.S. scholars engaged directly with Swedish leaders across business, government, and academia to experience how trust, collaboration, and innovation intersect in the Nordic model.

One of my favorite quotes from this whole experience that has really stuck with me is this, “it might not be possible, but how far can we reach?” And I can't wait to use what I've learned here and see how far I can reach with it.
