The Nordic countries have spent the last century investing and experimenting to answer some of the toughest leadership and sustainability questions. The results of Nordic efforts are there for all to see - Sweden is 2nd in the world for innovation, Norway 1st in Human Development Index, Finland 1st in Literacy and World Happiness, Denmark 1st for sustainability by the Climate Change Performance Index, and Iceland 1st in Global Gender Gap index.
